Applications are submitted through our online portal on the Programs page. We accept applications year-round and review them monthly. Successful applicants are contacted within 3 weeks for interviews and program placement.

Our programs primarily serve youth aged 16-30 who are residents of Mathare, Korogocho, or surrounding informal settlements. Some programs require basic literacy, while others are open to all skill levels. Financial need is considered for all programs.

We welcome both local and international volunteers. Apply through our volunteer portal with your skills assessment and availability. We provide orientation training and ongoing support. Minimum commitment is 3 months for most roles.

We maintain full financial transparency: 85% funds direct program delivery, 10% covers essential operations, and 5% supports fundraising activities. All donors receive quarterly impact reports with specific outcomes and financial breakdowns.

Yes, all program graduates receive certificates of completion. Our digital skills programs are accredited by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA), and entrepreneurship graduates receive business registration support.
